Maureen E. White is a Clinical Social Worker with a license to practice in North Carolina. She received her Masters Degree along with a Minor in Alcohol Studies from Rutgers University in New Jersey. She is listed in Whos Who in American Colleges and Universities.
Maureen spent a year providing psychotherapy in a Family Service Agency. She also interned at a hospital based Alcohol Treatment Unit. Before becoming a M.S.W., Maureen was a teacher of grades two through eight, including special education classes in both urban and suburban environments.
For the past ten years Maureen has been at Cary Counseling performing individual psychotherapy and marriage counseling. Her specialties are Adult Children of Alcoholics, Marriage Counseling, Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Loss Issues, and helping Sexual Abuse Survivors thrive.
